New music on the way...

The summer and autumn of 2009 has seen Ken swap the stage for the writing desk. He has been concentrating on working on his new album which he hopes to bring out in the early summer of 2010. The race is on to convert promising early demos and well received live performances into his best record yet. The fruits of this labour sho uld manifest themselves into something very special indeed.

Until then, check out 'Agent Orange' which can be purchased via PayPal for €10 by clicking on the link (below, right). In relation to requests for copies of 'Blue Letter Day', unfortunately it is no longer available. However 2 tracks are available free to download from this site.

Right!! Everyone's doing it so... Ken is now on Twitter. To date he has enthralled us with his take on the Thierry Henry handball (we woz robbed) and one or two other banalities, but that's the name of the game. Check out his latest tweets here...(did you ever think you'd see the day!!)

Ken Cotter is an Irish Singer & Songwriter. 2010 sees him release his first new work since 2005.

2010 sees Ken Cotter celebrate 21 years of original music and songwriting. The year will see the release of another self-penned album to follow 'Blue Letter Day' (1998) and 'Agent Orange' (2005). This new work promises to be his best yet and early demos sound like Ken has really found his sound- with strong new-folk melodies supporting edgy indie soundscapes and Ken's strong trademark vocals.

Agent Orange -The Album - €10

Ken released his second album of original songs in late 2005. Agent Orange was the product of a collaboration with Frank and Walter's drummer and producer, Ashley Keating.
